Learn to correctly adjust both meeting interval and meeting duration to prevent scheduling conflicts.
All calendars in GoHighLevel default to 30-minute appointment durations when first created. Many martial arts introductory lessons require 60 minutes or longer to properly demonstrate the program.
Navigate to Calendar Settings, find the calendar that needs adjustment, click Edit, go to the Availability section, and change both the meeting interval and meeting duration to the same value. Both must be changed to prevent overlapping appointments.
