Video Sections

00:00 - 01:10

Initial Calendar Setup

Navigate to Settings, then Calendars, and click 'Create Calendar.' The initial setup wizard prompts for basic information: calendar name, appointment duration, and basic time slot availability.

01:10 - 02:30

Detailed Availability Configuration

After creating the calendar, access detailed configuration by clicking 'Edit.' The Availability section is where customization occurs. Add multiple time slots for different days of the week, set meeting interval and duration, and configure advance notice requirements.

02:30 - 03:30

Capacity and Program Details

The 'bookings per slot' setting controls capacity—how many families can book the same time slot. Add the age range to the meeting description so parents can select the appropriate program for their child.

03:30 - 04:30

Duplicating and Creating Multiple Calendars

After setting up one program calendar with all detailed settings, duplicate it and simply change the name, age range, and availability times for the next program. This preserves all other settings.

04:30 - 05:15

Grouping Calendars Together

Individual calendars can be organized into a calendar group, which generates a single link that displays all program options. Navigate to the Groups tab, create a group, and move each individual calendar into this group.
