Learn to navigate the primary lead management areas in GoHighLevel and locate specific leads using multiple methods.
The Opportunities tab serves as the main hub for lead management, displaying the visual pipeline where leads move through different stages. Always ensure you're viewing the Leads 2.0 pipeline, not the older pipeline systems.
Click any lead card to see the complete conversation history including all automated messages, text exchanges, and email communications. This visibility helps staff understand the level of engagement each lead has had with the school.
Use the Contacts tab to view the master lead list with activity timelines, or the Conversations tab to quickly identify unread messages requiring immediate attention.
